       hi, thankyou all so much.
       i got the manager to write his name, date, time, and position
       (duty manager that day, normally night manager). i will write
       down everything that happened.
       i figured id check the horizon website with my ticket number
       weds or thurs to see if it still exists.
       i can pop in monday on the way home from dad, so will take some
       pics of where the signs should be then. just incase.
