PCN - Lewisham Layland Road SE12, Contravention 30A - Parked for
longer than Permitted

Hi there,
I received a PCN while I parked my car at Layland Road SE12 8 DW
in Lewisham area for longer than permitted period. Please see
link to the photo evidence uploaded. Based on the evidence
uploaded the Civil Enforcement officer forgot to take a photo of
my number plate when my car was first observed on the parking
bay. Can this be used as an excuse to overturn the PCN?
Appreciate an opinion here.

No pictures of any sort are required but looks like they have
you on wheel position.
Did you overstay 30 mins + 10 mins grace?
