Now received this letter telling me that the claim was being
allocated to the small claims court and would be defended.
It also appears that they have now switched from DCL legal to
ParkingEye.
Any advice on my next course of action would be greatly
apprieciated

So you need to submit your own N180 Directions Questionnaire.
Search the forum for “N180” to find advice on how to answer the
less obvious questions and how to submit it online.
By 10 August.
The claimant is Parking Eye, as it always has been.

Hi again.
Can I submit my N180 in Email pdf to both the Moneyclaim court
and ParkingEye?
Struggling again as I cannot find email correct serviceable
addresses for either of those.

The court claim is still "via DCB Legal" as your thread title
says, they are the people to whom you should be sending your
N180.

As the location is "Ocean Terminal Southampton"
Could this well be covered by bylaws?
