Any advice from the experts please? Have they got me bang to
rights or do I have a case to continue with?

No, they haven't got you 'bang to rights', because the intrusion
into the YBJ is trivial, and therefore could be considered as de
minimis in law. The only problem is that de minimis is
subjective, so an adjudicator may not agree with you. In
addition, you would have to risk the full PCN penalty if you
take them to London Tribunals. However that is your maximum
exposure as there are no other costs at all at LT. Of course, if
you win, you pay nothing.

Appeal sent, I have another hearing tomomrrow about receiving a
PCN whilst parked in a suspended bay that wasnt suspended at the
time of parking. They put up signs unbeknownst to me and I left
my car parked there for a week and then had the flu another week
later, come back and find a bloody ticket. Grrr.
Hoping the independant adjudicator has mercy on me, this shit is
expensive!
