Parked with one or more wheels on or over a footpath or any part
of a road other than a carriageway
       CONTRAVENTION CODE 62(2)
The Penalty Charge of £160 must be paid no later than the last
day of the period of 28 days beginning with the date on which
the PCN was served. If the charge is paid not later than the
last day of the period of 14 days beginning with the date on
which the Notice was served the amount payable will reduce by
       50% to £80.
       ———-
The space on the road I am allowed to park on, but I mounted the
kerb as the pavement is double sized and it helps traffic get
around (see photo). But also there was a festival being set up
where I was and lorrys struggled to get round me so I helped
       them by mounting the kerb.
I may just say that I was on the road however they asked me if I
could mount the kerb for the moment so the trucks could get
through easier. When I went to move it back there was a ticket.
Is there anything better to say? Also their ticket has left
solid sticky residue that won’t wipe off by hand or wipers
       either (see video)
