Ah ok. Thanks for letting me know. I'll wait for something in
the post and reply here once received... If I ever do.
Thanks.

Hi there, it is worth trying to appeal even if the deadline has
passed. Just put the date of your final notification and
download the template...then follow the steps. Good luck!

You could try an appeal on the basis that the original PCN was
not delivered and that first knowledge of the situation came
from the reminder.
I would ask ECP first if you can appeal before you reveal the
appeal details.

So I haven't received any "letter before claim" or any NtK. I've
received a debt recovery letter. So I've received one letter,
and one debt recovery letter. They claim they had sent a 2nd
letter when I requested the FoI request but I never received it.
So, I feel like I haven't even had an opportunity to appeal.
Where do I go from here please? I'm at a loss. I don't feel £170
at all fair and the small amount of time before palming the
feeling off to a debt collection agency already?
Please see 2nd and most recent letter.

That's just a hopeless begging debt letter.
You are still waiting for a Letter Before Claim.
Nothing to worry about - they are trying to hustle you.

Hello. Me again. Received another letter in the post today:
HTML https://postimg.cc/gallery/MXyt8kX
No mention of how to appeal. Again, do I just keep waiting until
I receive something like a NtK?
What are the next steps? I haven't been able to appeal because
apparently, i missed the deadline which is crazy as I didn't
receive any letter in time to appeal and it went straight to
debt collection.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks,

You won't get a Notice to Keeper. That's in the past. You are
getting hopeless begging letters from debt collectors that you
can ignore. You can't appeal.
Debt collectors are trying to frighten you into paying. You
either follow our advice and ignore or you pay them and they
will stop.

Letter Before Claim.
Thank you I'll wait for this. And again, as always, I'll post
back if I receive anything else.

And if it's a Letter of Claim, it's the same thing. Don't get
hung up on the precise words.
