       Read this yesterday when I was browsing the LT statutory
       register. Actually, no, it was rather early this morning !!
       An excellent result, but what puzzles me is why the councils
       never turn up when they must surely know it will lose them the
       case ? After all, they don't have to attend physically at the LT
       offices, as it's all on Zoom or the phone now.
