No worries, from what I understand you approached via college
road and made the third exit to Dulwich Village as verified in
the contemporaneous video evidence. Burbage Road does not apply
to you.
For good measure it’s best to ensure the desktop datestamp shows
the year in date.
The representations are written, however when I convert from
Word to PDF it auto-hyperlinks the youtube link, so I have
embedded it as an image on the pdf. Going for a walk and might
email it later once I have reread it again. If it needs
corrections just let me know (hoping it's okay as is). If there
is any issue with submitting the PDF on the Southwark PCN portal
then reply back here.

Oops, yes, you're totally right, entry was via College Rd and
then the 3rd exit on to Dulwich Village Rd.
Okay, will do that!
The link is now embedded as an image, rather than text? That'll
make them need to pay attention to the link, rather than just
simply dismissing it.

No worries, just provide an update when Southwark serve the NOR
or NOA after your 24 May 2026 PCN challenge. Also monitor PCN
portal for any errors in the meantime.

the difference for the appellant.
