       Hello Experts,
I got this PCN and it took me by surprise. I wanted to go right
and the queue was big on cars going straight, the lines were
dotted which i thought i am allowed to cross if there is no
traffic coming from the other side. I did not know about this
sign in blue showing keep left. I have done it 2-3 times as that
junction is always busy and I might receive more PCNs. Could
someone help with if there are any ground to fight it out.
       PCN attached:

I can understand the first time, but subsequently, you would
know the traffic island is there with its Keep Left arrow.
Nothing I can think of immediately other than stating you were
unaware of the mistake until PCN 1 turned up, so ask for those
dated between PCN1 and the date it was served at your address,
       to be cancelled.

You haven't any hope with this unless there is a fault with the
       PCN wording.
No other PCNs showing at present on Hounslow's site.

       Hello Experts,
Thanks for your replies. I have received one more pcn related to
this. Please could you advise what should i put into
representation? Can I appeal based on first time and unaware of
the contravention and should i call or email them to get the
       second one cancelled?
       Thanks

Unless someone sees a PCN fault - and no one else has commented
       - I would pay the PCNs at discount.
You can try asking for discretion on one but I very much doubt
they'll give it for this type of dangerous contravention.

Thanks for the reply. I think 14 days have passed now so
discount period is over. If I appeal and even they reject, do I
get the discounted rate? Also should I call or email for the
       other PCN?

Both PCNs are at £80 now.
You also have an outstanding PCN at £160 from Amhurst Gardens.

Thanks for confirming. Should I not try to make a representation
and see if they might allow or make a procedural error. Would
       they re-offer the discount?
For Amhurst gardens, I had made a representation to notice to
       keeper and awaiting a reply
