Hi all
The driver has received this pcn parking on a disable bay
parking spot on enfield McDonald's bullsmore lane.
The driver had a disabled badge holder sitting in the back of
the car but did not display it on the dashboard.
What can be done?
Any help is appreciated.

First point is to approach Mc Donald’s and request them to
cancel the PCN.
If this fails then appeal showing them a copy of the blue badge
only appeal as the registered keeper. The photograph is very
grainy but you have admitted you did not display the badge. I
have read that they i.e. Mc Donald’s have to make reasonable
adjustments under the equality act so this may be a lever for
you.
