       Oh yes, I can see what you mean. It was actually my wife driving
       that day. It appears she came up Chiswick Common Road and turned
       right into Fishers Lane. I’m not sure what signage was in place
       before making that turn, but she would not have seen the sign
       positioned at the entrance to Fishers Lane.
       By the way we have lease hire car.
       The 28 day period ends on the 1st June, so hoping a good defence
       can be put forward.

       It's our name and address. They had originally written to the
       hire company.

       There is a clear No Right Turn here, so I think you would
       struggle at London Tribunals, unless somebody can suggest a
       'technical' appeal. These are based on council mismanagement of
       the enforcement process, and usually nothing to do with the
       alleged contravention.
