PCN issued by APCOA for Heathrow T5

       ---------------------------------------------------------
My Wife has a Blue Badge which is already registered with APCOA
       for parking at certain airports.
We noticed that she would be able to get 100% discount for drop
offs at Heathrow if we registered again with APCOA, which we did
and received confirmation on the 13th of March 2026.
We were dropped off by our Son at T5, in the car that was
registered, on the 17th of April and on returning home on the
1st of May we were surprised to find that we had a PCN from
       APCOA for the drop off.
I am nearly 80 years of age and find it difficult to navigate
things using modern technology and the contact details of APCOA
are very complex, in fact I keep getting a warning that the site
is not safe and my computer will not let me access them.
       Can anyone help me please?
       Regards, Roger

Use the appeal at, for example,
  HTML https://www.ftla.uk/private-parking-tickets/apcoa-heathrow-terminal-drop-off-paid-for-drop-off-but-still-fined/msg97799/#msg97799<br
/>which I found by searching the forum for
       APCOA Heathrow.
Do not identify the driver, especially not to APCOA.
The registered keeper, to whom the PCN was sent, should make the
       appeal, just to be clear.
If you search the forum further you will find that this appeal
has a nigh-on 100% success rate, so no need to confuse the
appeal with stuff about blue badges and registration.

I would like to say thank you for the information regarding my
       post.
I was able to message APCOA via their appeals email and on the
second attempt I received a reply saying that on this occasion
they would waive the PCN because in the small print it states
that you have to log each drop off prior to the journey. This is
not stated in the email that they send you confirming the Blue
Badge registration so I suppose they have acknowledged this and
       made this one off gesture.
