       Have I made a mistake calculating the time I need to appeal?
       I tried to upload my appeal yesterday but UKPC's website would
       not allow me to upload it and stated that the PCN is currently
       not eligible for appeal.The NTK was dated 20/04/2026 and I
       understood I would have 28 days from the day after this (from
       21/04/2026). That would mean the last day of appeal is
       18/05/2026 if my calculation is correct. Have I miscalculated?
