Hello. It was getting dark outside when I was driving in this
area I’m not familiar with and I didn’t notice the ‘ahead only’
sign. Before this restriction I did notice a sign ‘no right turn
except buses’, so I’ve passed that one and thought I’m ok to
turn now since I’m past the junction. Turns out even past the
junction you still can’t turn right just yet. Could you please
help me check if there’s any way out of this or if I should pay
       the reduced penalty?
       Many thanks for your help.

Two clear "No Right Turn" signs that you seem to have ignored.
We've had a recent thread on this location for the exact same
thing; driver wanted to turn right at the traffic lights but its
NRT there so then turned right after the crossroads. GSV shows
the signs have been there for many years now.
I'm not sure how the thread turned out, but you can search the
London Tribunals statutory register using the location as your
search argument with a date range, (try the last two years).
However, I can't see a win here, I'm afraid. There may be a
'technical' argument based on Greenwich mismanagement of the
enforcement process, so wait a bit, but don't miss any deadlines
       on the PCN.

Is there actual video evidence or more pictures? Those on the
PCN and on the TFL website don't actually show the
       contravention.

TfL are in the IT Dark Ages, and don't put their videos on-line,
you have to request it from them, and they send it out as a DVD.
They normally freeze enforcement then, for about a fortnight.
They will automatically restart the clock after than so you must
be proactive and check for the DVD before the fortnight runs
out, and tell them if it hasn't arrived.
