       26MPH on a 20MPH

       Hi all
I received an NIP for doing 26MPH on a 20MPH
I have viewed the image online, I am always careful on that
road. I wonder if they have installed another camera.
Please what can I do, I have a clean license and have never
received any speeding fines for over 20yrs

At that speed you should be offered a speed awareness course,
assuming the offence is in England/Wales and you haven't
previously done one in the last three years. You licence will
       remain clean.
Unless you have evidence that the detected speed is wrong or
that the speed limit was not indicated sufficiently, you
       probably have little wiggle room.

       Thank you
So do I go online and admit the fault and wait to be offered
       speed awareness course
Or is there somewhere to select the option of speed awareness
       course

First you have to name yourself as the driver, the paperwork you
have received will tell you how to do that. Then you have to
wait until they make an offer of a speed awareness course or a
       fixed penalty.

I have a question the picture of my car and the road markings on
the road is different from where the speed camera is located
On this road there is only one speed camera and there is no red
markings on the road but the picture showing what the camera
captured of my car shows a red road marking, I have gone up and
down that road again but i can’t tell the exact spot where the
       camera captured my car
Could there be a secret camera that has no warning for motorists
I have admitted that I am the driver
But is it possible to find out the location of this camera,
something just doesn’t sit well with me about this speeding fine

You can try simply asking the police but they are very unlikely
to enter into any protracted correspondence with you. So you
must either accept the allegation as it stands and almost
certainly be offered a course (which will cost you around £100)
or plead not guilty and face a trial in court. If you do that
you will be provided with the evidence the police intend to rely
       on to convict you.
But if you are convicted you will leave court with little change
       out of £1,000.

You could always show us the picture and a GSV of the location,
as opposed to asking us to comment on something only you can
       see?

Possibly but remember no 'warning' is required (Other than the
       speed limit signs).
...but as noted we can't say anything more without knowing
location and possibly seeing the snap. (We're rather good at
       reverse engineering)
