Premier park - PCN - stratform - urgent 1 day for popla appeal

Hi are there any factual things in the attached notice to keeper
which would invalidate the notice?
Unfortunately i only have 1 day left for popla appeal
was also night time so maybe something about that should be
included?

No “period of parking”. A time isn’t a period. A period needs a
duration.

The invitation for the keeper to pay, is not there.
If this is a "permit holders only"
Then there is no contract to a non permit holder.

Thank you - is there any standard wording on this point i can
put in the appeal to popla please?
