Hi All,
I received a parking charge to Keeper for the drop off at
Gatwick from a company called Times Parking.
Just wondering, would the standard response re 'not identifying
driver' be applicable here?
I attach a copy of the letter.

Regardless of who it is, the definition of “relevant land” has
not changed.
If you’re not the hirer of a vehicle, modify appropriately of
course. You are probably the registered keeper.

Can confirm had the same PCN and it was cancelled after appeal
using this template.
