To all: my case is at 11.15 on Wednesday. Please feel free to
observe. Just phone the Tribunal for the Teams link and tell
them it is an observation request and you do not need to give
details of the case. The Gallery will be full.

I will PM you. Call me and observe my hearing at 11.15 this

Dear Havering
Without any further ado, 007's PCN must be cancelled as, yet
again, you have issued a premature charge certificate. To cite
Adjudicator Carl Teper and Martin Wood and Michael Burke before
him, this unlawful action undermines the authority of the
Tribunal. Not only that, your relentless and intransigent and
continued pursuit of cases is unreasonable in the Wednesbury
sense. I also refer you to decisions made by Adjudicators Cotton
and Greenslade in this regard. This has to stop forthwith.
I reserve the right to mention this at my own hearing and urge
you to seek urgent advice from your counsel.
