They rejected my appeal - (see below). :-( Do you think I have a
valid case? The reason I ask is that the 14-day discount period
would end on 23 June. Cheers

I'm happy to sort out the tribunal appeal for you, I'll drop you

The rejection itself is nonsense as it doesn't deal with the
substance of your representation, and it also shows an unlawful
fettering of discretion.
