       This stretch of road is a 40mph limit but the "temporary" 40
       signs have been there at least six years - possibly much longer.
       Is there any regulation on the timeframe for permanent signs
       once the TRO is passed? The temporary signs often blow over.

       Which is the longer period: the length of time your "temporary"
       road signs are present, or the length of time where you get told
       "we are experiencing unusually high call volumes at this time"?
