       Okay thanks for the clarification, I asked them for a receipt
       since the ticket machine wasn't working and they sent
       it.

       It explicitly states the Session Duration was 16:53 to 17:53.
       Smart Parking says I exited at 17:58. Since they claim to follow
       the June 2024 Code of Practice, which mandates a 10-minute grace
       period after a paid session ends, surely I was 5 minutes inside
       my grace period when I left? Is their 84-minute 'total stay'
       calculation allowed to override the mandatory 10-minute grace
       period that starts from the receipt expiry time?
       Also because of the machine issue, I couldn't back track my
       start time.
