Hi All,
I’ve received a rejection letter from Lambeth for this now.
I’ve uploaded the rejection letter here:

I’ve also included screenshots of Lambeth’s view/pay PCN’s
website at various dates during the process to note the
incosistencies in the dates to pay etc. this can also be seen in
the link.
As of today the website is currently down for maintenance so I’m
unable to view the PCN right now. Screenshot also included in
link.
Will try embed the letter here for ease but please see the link
for the further screenshots.

Seems Lambeth have their PCN Viewing site back up.
This is what they show for me as of today:

Seems the 14 day period for discounted rate in the letter
doesn’t line up to the website (not that it matters if I await
enforcement notice).

Good evening!
Here’s an update to this case.
I have no received the enforcement notice and have a few options
laid out for me.

I assume I now have to make formal representations. I have a
general gist of what I think I should say but as always, your
direction is welcomed.
Side note: I really dislike Lambeth council >:( (not just for
this PCN either!)

What should I tick? And do I say the same thing I said in the
informal appeal, just to get to the adjudication stage?

I make these formal representations against the EN:
1. I require you to consider my original challenge as formal
representation.
2. The EN is an unlawful document as it clearly contains one
wrong ground of appeal. This is akin to a procedural
impropriety.
In light of the above, please cancel the PCN and EN.
pdf and tick no contravention.
