PCN Court Case - is this normal?

I have an active case fighting a PCN from several years ago and
have filed my defence and DQ.
The MCOL history for the case states 'Case Stay
Lifted'26/2/2026.
I'm confused because I don't understand what 'Case Stay Lifted'
means. Have I missed something?
And I've just received a letter stating my case has been
transferred to the county Court for allocation, a judge will
allocate the claim to track and give case management directions.
Details of the judge's decision will be sent to you in notice of
allocation.
What does this mean? Is this normal procedure? And am I now
nearing the end of this debacle?
Thank you

In essence case stay lifted means the case can now proceed. The
claimant must inform the court that they wish to resume.
