"the alleged contravention did not occur". My appeal to the
council has been rejected - I now have an option to appeal to
the adjudicator-

Show us the documents please, you only need to cover up your
name and address. We need to see all the pages. We cannot
properly advise when so many of our challenges are technical
grounds to wording if we can't see all of the wording.

The most likely ground to succeed is that the video doesn't show
you entering the box.

Here is a case at LT (previously PATAS) that upholds the
importance of the adjudicator seeing the car drive into and out
of the YBJ. Carl Teper is one of the most senior adjudicators so
should be pretty persuasive.
