Letter before claim from Moorside Legal

Hi all,
I am new here and looking for advice.
I have received a letter before claim from Moorside Legal
stating that I owe £170 to UK Parking Administration.
I do not recall receiving any letters from UK Parking
administration. If I did then I would have disputed this at the
time.
I have signed into the Moorside portal but it does not provide
any evidence. It only has a list of multiple sums of money owed
from August 2023 which adds up to £170.
They do not seem to have an email on the portal either. There is
an option to complete a reply form or to call them.
I am not sure how to proceed as I do not know why they are
requesting money. The only thing I can think of is that UK
Parking administration used to own a car park at the gym I
attend. The gym had a deal with them that we get 2 hours of free
parking. One time the iPad that is used to put registration in
was broken, and the staff requested that we wrote our
Registration down on a paper at the front desk which I did.
Any advice with how to proceed would be greatly appreciated.

Please read and act on
HTML https://www.ftla.uk/private-parking-tickets/read-this-first-private-parking-charges-forum-guide/,<br
/>and follow its instructions to post what you have received.
Moorside’s letters are often woeful, failing to meet the
standard described at
HTML https://www.justice.gov.uk/courts/procedure-rules/civil/rules/pd_pre-action_conduct#6.1,
--- Quote ---
> The letter should include the basis on which the claim is
made, a summary of the facts, what the claimant wants from the
defendant, and if money, how the amount is calculated;
--- End Quote ---
You imply there are more details on your letter, though. But it
may be that it’s the usual rubbish, “you owe us £170”.
You should also search the forum for similar letters and the
responses to them.

Do not try to telephone them, everything in writing.
The drivers ID must not be given at all.
As above read that information first and come back.
