That's not strictly true, is it?
However, for clarification, as explained in the "READ THIS
FIRST" post (albeit in the context of the prosecution proving
their case), it matters not one jot what you accept or believe,
what matters is what the prosecution can prove to the court.
Similarly, we are here to advise you on the law for the purposes
of running your case, not for the purposes of explaining why the
law is the way it is, as opposed to how you think it should be.
We are not here to debate the merits of legal provisions with
you - whether you like or accept them or not, that is the law.
