       Hi
       Entered a school zone. I realised too late but just wanted to
       see if there is any defence or technical challenge for the PCN.
       It was raining and was just following cars in front of me (my
       fault of course!)

       Discount ended yesterday so if it is still available I suggest
       you avail yourself of the offer.

       Discount ended yesterday so if it is still available I suggest
       you avail yourself of the offer.

       Hmmm so discount still shows as active when viewing PCN.
       Suggesting if I appeal as it’s out of 14 days, if it gets
       rejected will go straight to 160?

       Councils are not known for updating their payment web portals so
       it's not unusual but how they will deal with representations
       made now is anyone's guess.
       They may well re-offer the discount > because they want money.
