To whom it may concern,
I am the vehicle keeper and, as I understand it, there is no
legal obligation for me to reveal the driver.
As your Notice to Keeper is not PoFA compliant I refute all
liability for this parking charge.
In the circumstances it appears that your options are as
follows;
Cancel the parking charge
OR
Waste further time, money and resources and provide me with a
POPLA details and codes etc.

Another ticket for forgetting to pay the drop-off fee at Luton
airport. This was at about 1:00 pm on 30 April 2026. How can I
fight this?
