If I am totally honest, this was such a long time ago that I
don't recall, I do think I was having a panic attack and went to
get water for my propranolol medication as that was a
particularly stressful period for me. What I do know also is
that I definitely did not see a PCN attached to my car even
though the picture evidence does show it was affixed to the car,
alot of kids in greenwich do this.
Would appreciate any thoughts on how I can avoid this please.
       Thank you

You have only two options, (1) pay-up or (2) submit
representations. Problem is you say you have no recollection of
the matter. What I suggest you do is go onto their website and
view their evidence of the contravention. It is very likely the
CEO took photos, so these may jog your memory.
DO not ignore the NtO, or you'll end up with bailiffs at your
       door.

OP, I am confused. The GR reference in your last
post(GR2280780A) relates to another, as yet unpaid, PCN for
being in a bus lane although the link goes to the new NTO for
       your thread.
Their photos for this PCN show that it was served, albeit with
something apparently stuck under its edge. They also show your
car immediately under the suspension sign which covers the
period 14-20 June. Your PCN was issued on the last day i.e.
20th. As you are not suggesting that there are any other
outstanding PCNs, perhaps we could assume that you parked late
       on 19th/early 20th.
But you did park, so there was room obviously.
My only suggestion is that you make reps on the grounds that the
contravention did not occur because the reason for the
suspension had ceased to exist, otherwise there wouldn't have
been room for you on 19/20th!

       Hi,
Seems I titled the PCN folder incorrectly but the PCN is
       correct.
Would I be able to appeal this on this basis you mentioned even
though there was a parking suspension?
