Can I ask... Can one also debate/ argue ... reason that the
signage at this junction is also inappropriate as it is clearly
signage that says NO VEHICULAR TRAFFIC but poorly displayed as
well as poorly and confusingly informative. Can the council (
Hammersmith and Fulham ) in this case be challenged on their
decision not to use a normal red bordered circular sign that
says NO RIGHT and NO LEFT turns into Stevenson Road rather than
square signage with an attempt at markings signifying a T
Junction and a circular sign that means no vehicular traffic but
does not list the name of the road that traffic is not permitted
to drive into on this square sign. The signage infrastructure is
obviously designed to confuse and trap unsuspecting drivers so
as to catch them on video knowing they cannot reverse out of the
one way street which is Steventon Road after committing to the
turn which is also narrow with kerb stones that anyone turning
would really be focused on not damaging their vehicles on what
is really a width restriction using the narrow high herbed road
and as such will not be looking up at signage placed at a height
only a bus driver with a high windscreen would notice.
Deceitful, disingenuous, profiteering scam artists is me being
kind.

Hello ,
I have also received a PCN for the same alleged contravention in
RMV Sawley Road Westbound nr Jct Bloemfontein Rd, via camera
VA105. I am fuming as I also did not see the signs until after
turning right into the road.
I want to challenge this but unfortunately I was outside the UK
and have missed the 28 days from the date of the notice (i.e.
26/03/2026).
Is this still possible to challenge and if so can I challenge it
on the basis of unclear signange?
Thanks,

It may be possible to submit a late challenge, but rules of the
forum is you must start your own thread to get advice.
