       Hi All,
I have received the following mail from Tusker, who is
registered as the keeper of my car along with Authorisation and
Action required letter (given below in trailing mail). The
penalty was issued for stopping at Leeds Train Station. Based on
messages in other groups and advice, I appealed in IAS, which
       subsequently rejected as expected.

PLEASE READ THIS LETTER AND ALL ATTACHMENTS
       CAREFULLY AS ACTION MAYBE REQUIRED

       Dear Customer

As part of our commitment to providing you with the highest
levels of service, we are writing to let you know that we have
received a Private Parking Charge Notice for vehicle MXXXX.

The legislation surrounding private parking means that Tusker,
as the registered keeper, will be held liable for these charges
       if you take no action.

This private parking operator will not allow us to transfer
liability to you and only provide Tusker with the option to pay
the charge notice. We would therefore like to give you the
opportunity to resolve the notice without the need for our
       involvement.

       Reference: GCXXXX9
       Date/Time: 30/10/2025 16:33:00
       Private Operator Name: UKCPS Limited

What do you need to do?

If you accept liability please make payment. Information on how
to make payment can be found on the attached notification.
If you do not accept liability please appeal to the authority.
You have 28 days, from the time the notice is issued, to do this
and instructions on how to appeal are included on the
notification. To enable you to speak with the authority we have
attached a Third Party Authorisation letter. You will need to
       send this with your appeal.

Please note we are unable to appeal on your behalf as we are not
       the driver of the
       vehicle.
Should you be successful in your appeal and the authority issues
us with a refund, we will credit the penalty charge amount back
       to you.

In the event we receive a second notification for the same
offence, we will pay the outstanding amount and recharge this
amount to you. Please note this additional step may incur a
further administration fee as set out in the terms and
       conditions of your contract.

       Kind Regards,
       Fleet Admin Team

That's not true - Tusker should provide hirer details to the
       operator.
