The reason why we advise never talking to them is exactly this,
there is nothing to your advantage and everything to your
disadvantage by doing so. It sounds like no harm done this time.

Hi All
I’ve had an email, following my response, that the claimant
intends to take me to court
They have filled out an N180 form. I assume that I should do the
same?
They have stated on this that form that the claim is suitable
for determination without a hearing which I think I should be
saying No to?

Hi all
I filled out the required forms. I was asked to go into
mediation a couple weeks ago.
Can someone advise if there is a guide on how this runs, next
steps etc please?

The information you are asking for, N180 form and mediation, are
well documented on the forum, it should take you little time to
find if you search the forum.
