I'd agree - showing them a valid permit (that the driver has
previously displayed as a courtesy) would not seem to invalidate
any of your appeal points.

I sent the below, will update when I hear back:
"I refer to your correspondence dated 12 March 2026 requesting a
copy of a valid parking permit. Please find attached a copy of
the permit associated with the vehicle, confirming that the
vehicle was authorised to be parked at the location. This is
provided in good faith in response to your request. In light of
this evidence, I expect the charge to be cancelled. There is no
admission as to the identity of the driver and all rights are
reserved.I look forward to your confirmation that this matter is
now closed."

I'll need your help as I've now gotten mixed responses by
submitting my permit (despite every NtK having identical
circumstances, same parking spot, consecutive days).
1 - Reduced to £20
2 - Cancelled
3 - On hold requesting driver details
4 - On hold requesting driver details
UKPC are requesting I provide the full name and address of the
driver within 7 days to proceed. I can't prove intentional, but
all letters are dated 30 March and I only just received them
(8th April). Given 2 bank holidays fall in-between (3 Apr, 6
Apr), receiving and responding to this within the timeline feels
an unreasonable demand and procedurally unfair...

Don't name the driver - that is a fishing exercise on their
part. You could reply stating that you decline to do so, or
just ignore it and wait for their reply - which they appear to
be pulling out of a tombola barrel!
Then it's onto POPLA for those which they reject.
