Bus Lane PCN TFL: A406 N CIRCULAR W-BND CHEQUERS WAY GREEN LANES

Please could I have some advice regarding this TFL bus route PCN
received.
It's going to tribunals next week and TFL have sent approx. 50
pages in their appeal evidence pack, including a CD.

You're a bit late coming on this forum with an imminent
adjudication ! I assume you haven't previously posted here.
Have you selected a hearing (phone or video), or a papers-based
adjudication ?

Para. 7(6) of Schedule I of the 1996 Act is crucial and they
must attend when required to do so.

admissible as evidence in proceedings under paragraph 6 above
unless a copy of it has not less than 7 days before the hearing,
been served on the appellant; and nothing in those paragraphs
makes a document admissible as evidence of anything other than
the matters shown on a record produced by a prescribed device if
that person, not less than three days before the hearing or
within such further time as the traffic adjudicator may in
special circumstances allow, serves a notice on the council
requiring attendance at the hearing or trial of the person who
signed the document.

Received the pack: approx 25th February - pack dated on 19th
February.
