Britannia's BWLegal. Failure to make valid payment. Saundersfoot
        harbour
       By: Meadow25 Date: February 27, 2026, 8:54 am

Writing as the registered keeper. The driver must of overstayed
there by 20-30 minutes. I didn't know the driver had been
accused of a parking contravention until I received a letter
from the courts closely followed by a letter from BWlegal with a
       balance due of £255.
I assume Britannia sent notices previously but they did not
reach my address, possibly due to having issues with receiving
any post at all around the time.
I have emailed BWlegal for evidence of parking contravention but
was replied to with a generic 'sign in to portal' which I don't
feel I should have to do.
I have also filed the AOS.
What next? Thanks kindly in advance

Those img2url links in one of your previous posts don't work for
me - apologies if it's an issue at my end, but could you
       re-upload them using Imgbb?

The NtK is definitely not PoFA compliant so only the driver can
be held liable and they have no idea who the driver is.
We should also examine whether Saundersfoot Harbour is land
       subject to statutory control.

       Wow that's incredible thank you.
So Land controlled by statutory byelaws is usually NOT relevant
       land.
