       1. Who are you reporting?: Its Really Cold
       2. Was there any staff on at the time?: Mahboob, Dragon, and
       cold
       3. In DETAIL what did they do?: fcking around with his commands
       by using them on almost everybody. mostly jailing people,
       respawning themselves, and rdming once and a while.
       4. What time/date this happened?: January 3rd, 2015 2:50 or
       soish
