       Improved Admin/Mod Appplication

       Theres no suggestion format so heres my suggested change to
       admin applications because the current one is weak. I mean I was
       told I put work into it but it took five minutes to make  ;D. If
       you like it I can make other improved application formats.
       1:In-Game Name:
       2:First Name:
       3:Steam ID:
       4:Steam Rep Link:
       5:Why you want to be Admin/Mod:
       6:State any experience as a Admin/Mod:
       7:Why should you be a Admin/Mod on FSG?:
       8:Other things the staff should know:

       Its an alright format the thing is it does not match up with
       the:
       1. Age requirment for staff.
       2. Whether or not you have been banned or kicked before on the
       server. (Thats always important)
       Aswell the thing is I like the steam rep link system but
       honestly I don't seem to like the idea of forcing the new staff
       members too have too make one. Cause not everyone has one.
       When I modify the format in the future I will add some thing
       from this format. Thank you for your suggestion.

       Forgot the age thanks for pointing that out. The steam rep is
       not hard the site auto makes it for all steam users. I can put a
       guide up to get it if needed. Also the application process needs
       to require work so only dedicated people even apply.
