       1)  You accept that we sell all tickets within our store as
       described and are bound by this description.
       2)  All tickets are posted out with Royal Mail Special Delivery.
       If these a problem and insurance needs to be claim you accept a
       refund like this could take up to 30 days due to needed to be
       refunded by Royal mail first.
       3)  We may ban you and close you account at any time without
       giving a reason as to why.
       4)  It is your responsibility that payment arrives to the
       correct account in time for tickets to be posted before the
       event you have purchased tickets for.
       6)  All purchases are final returns are not accepted unless
       tickets are damaged or the the wrong tickets are accidently
       sent.
       7)  False feedback will not be accepted and may result in legal
       action against the guilty party/parties.
       8)  You accept that Frozen Truth is governed by U.K law.
