       Tier 1- Neonate ( Children Between the age of 2-12)
       Tier 2- Accepted (Children Between 12-16 that have Chosen their
       Path.)
       Teir 3- Embraced (At the age of 16 one has been formerly
       educated in the duties of their Path and are considered adults
       for all intents and purposes)
       Tier 4- Enforcer, Warrior, Voice, Cultivator
       Tier 5- Guardian, Councilor, Steward
       Tier 6- Armsmaster, Keeper of Knowledge, Warden
       Tier 7- Blade, Seeker
       Tier 8- Hand of the Orith'Vashal, Warmaster
       Tier 9- Orith'Vashal
       Tier 10- Ri'ish Drathsindis
       Tier 11- Annunaki
       Tier 12- Princes
       Tier 13- Enki
