       Well, you see here John, this is about what happened.
       Caesar's Legion won the battle at Hoover Dam in 2281.  They
       officially conquered the Mojave by 2282 and the whole of Nevada
       by 2284. They took Oregon and Idaho by 2285 and are proceeding
       to Washington (Not Washington DC). Our fallout server is based
       in 2286. (The courier never existed ICly)
