+)Soldier: They are tearing us apart
Me: Out of ammo
Soldier : Last mag, make it count
/it The soldier throws a mag over, it has 21 bullets in it
[me=Fluttershy]loads the M4A1 and starts to fire again[/me]
Soldier /radio I am at Delta, I-46, requesting airstrike.
Commander /radio: Negative, all air support is in New York.
/it A russian fires at the radio, hitting it, the radio lies on
the ground, broken.
Soldier: Damn it.
[me=Fluttershy]pulls the trigger, but the gun does not fire, he
checks the mag and the chamber[/me]
Me: I'm out.
/it A helicopter appears, it says US army.
Soldier: Come on, lets get out of here
Pilot: You looking for a ......
/it Before the pilot can finish, a Russian RPG hits the heli,
causing it to crash
Soldier: Fuck this!
[me=Fluttershy]walks over to the pilot, looking for ammo, and
EURICA, he has 4 magizines of 9mm ammo[/me]
[me=Fluttershy]throws two mags over to the other soldier[/me]
/it The soldier is about to load them, but he gets shot
Me: No!!!!!
/it I die, Russia takes over America.
[me=Fluttershy]walks to a bench[/me]
[me=Fluttershy]sits on the bence[/me]
[me=Fluttershy]notices a penny on the floor[/me]
[me=Fluttershy]picks up said penny[/me]
[me=Fluttershy]puts the penny in his pocket[/me]
/it A man stands beside him, the man looks ugly
Me: Mind not sitting next to me, or you will give me the ugly.
/it The man cries
[me=Fluttershy]laughs[/me]
/it The man punches me and takes my penny
Me: /y Hey, that is mine, ugly bastard
/it The man cries more and walks home saying, " I never should
have been born "
[me=Fluttershy]walks up to the man and slits his throat,
grabbing the penny[/me]
Me: Don't take my penny
/it The police arrive, and I go to jail
/it pew pew pew goes the gun

[me=Fluttershy]runs, and stabs my mate in the process[/me]
[me=Fluttershy]bumps into a polar bear[/me]
/it The polar bear swipes my face off

What are the IC goals of the NCR and what do they do? They want
to bring old war values back to the wasteland and rebuild
society.
Backstory of your character: (100 words +)Simple. Kyle Walker.
Born in an NCR town. Born on the 15th of May, 2258. He was not
as lucky as some children. His knowledge was not average. He
slacked in school. And even worse, he quit school when his
parents die. Just the age of five, his father was killed during
a patrol by the Caesar's Legion. Eight, his mother died when the
CL raid attacked. After that, he hated the Caesar's Legion. He
wanted to kill them, practised his shooting with his uncle.
Killed his first human at the age of fifteen, raider. That sums
up part of his life, now let's go to the present.
2279, he decided to leave town. He went with a caravan and
travelled all around the Nevada Desert, trading and earning alot
of money. After a while of trading, six months to be precise,
they encounter a raider group. Most of the people died. Kyle
ran, all the way. Into New Vegas, he lived there for a while but
he thought that that place was too uneventful and wanted a place
more exicting to live. He decided to relocate to an NCR town.
He went and travelled across the wastelands. Every time stopping
an New California Republic town and looking around. None was
eventful enough for his taste. He decided to stop at the next
town he will settle in. But, to his luck, this was exactly what
he wanted. The town, of events. The perfect town. The New
California Republic's town. He was there, what he wanted was
there. There, he saw the rivalry between the New California
Republic and the Caesar's Legion. There, here joined the New
California Republic.

with sniper rifles/rifles.

weeks maybe, but it has no server yet so...

*Squad of four NCR troopers walk the wastelands, all armed with
Service rifles. One of them scans the area with his eagle eyes,
spotting two raiders behind a rock, about 30 meters away.
*Spotter yells out "Contact!" while several bullets fly over his
head.
*A bullet finds it's way into the shoulder of the trooper on the
back of the squad formation.
*Private Jackson groans in pain loudly as bullet hits him, he
stumbles backwards onto the ground before he trips, falling onto
his back.
*Squad leader yells out "Take cover!" diving towards the nearby
car wreck, rolling and pushing himself behind it.
*Spotter and Private Daniel both run towards a rock while
bullets fly around them, they take no hits before succesfully
taking cover.
*Squad leader looks towards the wounded Private on the ground,
yelling out loudly "Jackson, take cover, now!"
*As the leader finishes his sentense, several bullets fly
towards the wounded Private, mostly missing- yet two bullets
find their way into the torso of screaming Jackson, finishing
him.
*A pool of blood forms under the dead body of the Private.
*Squad leader yells "****!", looking towards the two other
troopers "Give me some covering fire on my mark!"
*Both of the troopers taking cover behind a rock nod, Private
Daniel yelling "Copy that!" as bullets continue hitting the
metal of the car.
*As the bullets stop flying for few moments and it's obvious
that raiders are reloading, leader yells "Now, now!"
*Two troopers both lean out of the cover, unloading their
magazines towards the cover of the raiders- large rock.
*Both raiders quickly drop onto the ground, one accidentaly
throws the magazine he was reloading onto the ground from
suprise.
*Squad leader raises from his car wreck cover, taking a good aim
at the rock through his iron sights.
*As the troopers run out of ammo, they both take cover.
*When the other raider is grabbing his magazine from the sand,
the other raises from his cover.
*Squad leader quickly pulls the trigger twice, first bullet of
the well trained trooper instantly hits the raider's head while
other one misses.
*The raider drops dead back behind their cover, leader keeps
aiming at their cover.
*Spotter and Private Daniel finish reloading their service
rifles, looking at Squad leader "Sir, orders!?"
*Leader keeps aiming towards the rock for few moments, before
turning his head "Flank them, go!"
*As the leader is turned towards the two, a grenade flies
towards him- It bounces off the car right onto the ground next
to leader.
*Private Daniel widens his eye, yelling out loudly "Grenade!"
while pointing his finger towards it.
*Spotter dives onto the ground, covering his head- same with
Daniel.
*Squad leader stands up quickly while looking around him, going
to run and dive towards the two troopers.
*Grenade blows up- many shrapnels go into the legs of Squad
leader, aswell as his body.
*Squad leader screams in pain and instantly collapses forward
onto the ground, his legs leaking loads of blood.
*Both of the troopers uncover their heads and look up, the
Spotter yelling "Sir!" raising from the ground and running
towards him.
*Several bullets fly towards the Spotter- most of them find
their way into his body. He drops down forward ontop of the
Squad leader.
*Loud footsteps are heard- more and more silent, meaning that
raider is retreating.
*Private Daniel runs out of the cover after a few moments
towards the screaming leader. He reaches into his vest, pulling
out two bandage rolls. He raises his legs carefully to wrap the
bandages around them, barely stopping the bleeding. Bandages get
red almost instantly.
*Squad leader passes out from the blood loss, while Daniel picks
him up over his shoulder, carrying him back to the outpost with
haste.
*Two dead troopers and a dead raider are left behind, loot for
scavengers and food for animals...

What are the IC goals of the NCR and what do they do?: The NCR
emphasizes many old world values, such as democracy, liberty,
and the rule of law. It also strives to restore order and
progress in the wasteland, though it has faced difficulty living
up to those standards.
Backstory of your character: (100 words +) :
Eva McKnight was a child, born to James and Lucy McKnight. She
was born and raised in Shady Sands, the capital of te NCR, both
her parents were soldiers and most of the time she was with her
Aunt, Gemma Herman. Like most children born in the NCR, Eva
wanted to join the NCR since she was 7. Her Dad often took her
shooting. Eventually her Dad became a Ranger but was killed in
action. This motivated her to take her revenge and at just the
age of 16, she was training to become an NCR trooper. She was
not a very good soldier and thus spent most of her years
training to become a trooper, she learned basic first aid and
this was what triggered the NCR to accept her into their ranks.
She is stationed in Washington and will defend the Colonel with
her life and will protect the values of the New California
Republic.

Do you have skills that might be useful for the NCR?: I'm a good
shooter, but I suppose most of the troopers are after training.
I'm also fast at running. My medical skills are not at the
greatest level, but atleast I know first aid.

Yes, you really aren't a great story teller but your roleply
example was pretty good. Backstory could've been a bit more
detailed but besides a few small grammar errors this application
is alright.

"Aw don't worry about me, you should worry about yourself.
/it He aims down quickly and shoots him in the foot.

My name is Desmond Wake, i am 25 years old, i was originally
from Tennessee, I used to run alot, keeping myself in good shape
for the NCR, i did alot of practise shooting with an air rifle
and later a low caliber varmin rifle, when i was older i got to
shoot with a hunting rifle, I work great alone and in groups, i
came from a family of me, my dad, and two other brothers, they
died by the hands of the Legion and i want to fight them.

Your RP example is only 17 lines long which is 13 lines too
short. The quality is not too good either. Multiple grammar
flaws and your backstory should be way longer. If you fix all
these and get your application really better you might be
accepted but I recommend you to stay on wastelander and earn
more experience for now.
