Operator applications open!

Reply to this topic in the correct format- The apps will be
opened for 4 days and the legit ones will be taken for election.
After another 4 days the two with the most votes become Operator
as long as they fit for it.

Aprox 2 years.
How long have you been playing on the server?
Three weeks.
Do you have good contact to the admins of the server?
Yes , I do.
Do you have experience in admining of an OA Server?

Are there any admins that could vouch for you?
Victoreno and.....Dalamus...I think.
How active are you on the server?
Whenever the server is online.
Why should we pick you over the other guys?
Beacuse I have a very good experience over the Rp and mainly
beacuse I am a serious person,who does not tolerate minging on
the server.I am also a hardworking character.
What do you think an Operator's job is?
To interfere in OOC battles , to help the ADMINS maintain the
server , to kick/ban minges , respect the Admin Team`s rules
and orders , also help the playerbase grow up,teaching newly
players how to RP.
Helping players go around the map when needed/requested
nicely...
Respecting and applying server owner`s decisions.
Not allowing the avoid of RP situations between the players.
What is the difference between Operator and Admin/ Super-Admin?
The difference is that the Operator is a lower 'rank' that help
the Admin/Super-admin maintain the seriousness on the server.
Also , the operator gets to apply but you rose to admin in time
from operator.
What would you do as an Operator? (What would you do to help)
I would keep the server`s original serious attitude , I would
watch over the Rp of others and correct them if necessary , I
would not let minges disobey our server rules and I would
respect the Admin team.
What do you think being an Operator is like for you?
An operator is a serious and honorable duty given by the admins
to trustworthy players with excellent Role-Play capabilities.

Do you consider yourself as a good listener?: Yes, I do.
How long have you been playing Serious Roleplay?: 3-4 years I
think. Mostly on San Andreas Roleplay
How long have you been playing on the server? 4 weeks.
Do you have good contact to the admins of the server? Yes, I do.
Sixx is a good friend, so is Vic.
Do you have experience in admining of an OA Server?: Yes, I have
been Co-Owner, Super Admin, Admin and Op. I have been admin and
op more than once.
Are there any admins that could vouch for you?: Sixx And
Victoreno.
How active are you on the server?: Whenever the server is up, I
try to get on for four hours.
Why should we pick you over the other guys? Because I'm a baws
(Just Kidding) Because I have alot of experience and I have been
considered a good operator/admin/SA by many.
What do you think an Operator's job is? The job of an operator
is to moderate the server, enforce rules, and help new players.
What is the difference between Operator and Admin/ Super-Admin?
Operator's have less responsiblity over the server, while the SA
has alot. The SA could be blamed for something (Like the server
being down for 5 days.)
What would you do as an Operator? (What would you do to help)I
would moderator, whenever an admin need me, I would be there to
help them, always. I must listen to whatever an admin/SA says
and never let a rule breaker off the hook, even if it is a
trusted player.
What do you think being an Operator is like for you? Being an
operator is fun and enjoyable, but it isn't just fun and games,
you may get a few extra perks but you have to stick to what your
job is, and that it to keep the server in check.

Do you consider yourself as a good listener? Yes, given the
circumstances, I will, if what I have to listen to is important,
I'll do it but on the other hand, if it's something that I don't
need to know I really won't.
How long have you been playing Serious Roleplay? A long time,
I've been roleplaying for at least a year, servers good and bad,
I have the content for nearly all of the HL2RP servers.
How long have you been playing on the server? I haven't yet,
Sixx recommended me to make an application, but I'm sure I'll
get on the server straight after the application.
Do you have good contact to the admins of the server? I can make
it that way, but at the moment, no.
Do you have experience in admining of an OA Server? Alot of
them, I was an operator of Defenders of Democracy, RationGaming
and other servers, and an admin of Vi-G, both of which are dead
now.
Are there any admins that could vouch for you? Sixx, maybe
Victoreno.
How active are you on the server? I'd be pretty active, it all
depends on the server, and if Sixx says it's a good server then
I trust it will be.
Why should we pick you over the other guys? I don't know, I
believe people shouldn't try and put full effort in just the
application to try and get the part, because no matter how good
these guys applications are, they might not be that good of
administrators.
What do you think an Operator's job is? To prevent anyone
breaking the rules and to punish those that do and to make sure
people are enjoying themselves.
What is the difference between Operator and Admin/ Super-Admin?
Operators have lower privileges from Admins, and the Admins have
lower privileges from Super-Admins, Operators can enforce the
server just as the A's and SA's, although the Admins and
Super-Admins job is to ensure the server is enjoyable, such as
placing things into the gamemode or creating events.
What would you do as an Operator? (What would you do to help)
Mainly just do what the Operator is supposed to do, keep people
entertained, make it enjoyable and make sure people aren't
breaking the rules, I am a vast log-checker so I open the
console every 10 seconds.
What do you think being an Operator is like for you? It's
enjoyable, at least I know people will be having fun.
