       Follow this system to rank up a Unit or ask the SeC (Victoreno)
       Before:
       RCT>05 after 3 days
       05>04 after 2 days
       04>03 after 2 days
       03>02 after 2 days
       02>01 after 2 days
       01>OfC after 4 days
       A Unit will remain on OfC if there is no special case. Before
       you promote someone from OfC to EpU, ask the SeC!
