       supplements
       -Owning restricted books
       -Swearing
       Level 3 Verdicts: Punished with 10 minutes in jail | +3 points
       -Slight Resistance against a Unit
       -Involved in a brawl
       -Owning ammunition or restricted medical items
       -Disobeying a Unit's orders
       Level 4 Verdicts: Punished with 15 minutes in jail | +4 points
       -Owning a handgun
       -Heavy Resistance against a Unit
       -Insulting the City Administrator
       Level 5 verdicts: Punished with amputation
       -Owning heavy guns
       -Owning Resistance Uniform
       -Assaulting a Unit/ the Administrator
       -Firing/ Wearing a gun in puplic
       -Entering a restricted area/ killzone
