Character Backstory: Rosie Green

it says "Rosie Green's diary" and then, carved into the book in
big letters "Help me.. If you don't manage to get me in time...

i am rosie and my sister is rebecca and she gave me this book
for my birthday and is now teeching me how to rite!

Rebecca has taught me how to read and write now! She said i am
really good now!

Daddy hit me alot of times today..Just because I wanted a party
and said that all my friends have one...

It's my birthday! I'm 7 now! But dad just hit me again... and
called me 'The ugly birthday girl'... Then said I don't diserve
this because i'm an accident... What does he mean 'Accident'

Dad is gone..Everyone is.. I'm all alone right now.. YES!! Its

Christmas today!! Still not happy though... Dad just called me a
'whore' and mum and dad got into a fight.... Then I was hit for
'starting it'...

and Mum and there are people appearing from no-where!

Dad only gives me a little bit to eat...he ties me up and eats
everything infront of me... making me more hungry...What a

dad told me to do horrible things... and he beat me again... he
made me *Blood is all over what he was going to do* and he was
all funny.. What he did to my bum really hurts..I feel weak and
I can hardly walk... He also *More blood*... Please...Whoever
read this.. I'm Rosie Green and please help me...

He beat me more today.. He got 'Drunk' I think it is and did
more horrible things... like *small bits you can see but most
bits you can't* and he threw knives at my *blood* Luckily
nothing hit..apart from one in my leg... He bandaged it without
the knife on and i'm not sure i'm gonna' make it longer... I'm
running...

They...they really hurt me..playing those horrible games
again... My leg is bleeding and maybe broken... I don't even
know if this is the right page anymore...

A woman called Zoey found me naked when they were playing the
games... They were beating me up at the time because I
refused... She chopped dads head off and I don't know whether to
be happy or sad...
At least I won't be beaten up anymore... Thank god...

Zoey is really nice.. she gives me food when i'm hungry and
water when i'm thirsty.. And she always says nice things...
Unlike dad. I'm really happy now!

We found a girl today.. She looks older than me.. I don't know
how much older but she was freezing in a metal box thing.. She's
warming up while I write this.. I hope she is ok.

Zoey left for hunting and those 'Black men' came in... I had to
open the grate and ditch the bunker.. I ran for my life and made
it to an old office building.. I had to jump out of the window
and hold on to some bars.. They shot my arm and left.. Maybe
they thought I was dead? I don't know.. It was freezing out
there... Oh and we have a new base.. Its like a huge house or
somthing.. I don't know.. Maybe a factory?

They came again.. Not getting much sleep..They shot my leg put
Zoey patched it up.. I'm quite lucky.. Escaped those black guys
4 times? Hah... They just can't find me!
My birthday soon! I might have an ACTUAL birthday party for
once!! Me! Rosie Green! Having a Birthday party!! I'm so happy!

Oh..My..GOD!! They STILL can't find me!! A weird thing with
three legs tryed to catch me! FAILED! But that thing was scary..
REALLY scary... I'm not sure if I can make it to my birthday at
this rate..
And I had to stay the night in a tube thing... Euch... it was
slodgey and as was cold... IT was cold...

Well.. I made it to my birthday.. But this will be my last
entry.. They captured me and are making me into a 'stalker' just
like mum... I didn't get my party... Or any
presents...nothing... Just no memory... Goodbye world.. I have
loved it.. Maybe I will see this earth once again? Who knows..
Maybe I could be saved... By zoey perhaps.. Or Rebecca... I hope
so... That would be the best birthday present... I'm going to
put this in the snow now... Please.. will someone read? I hope
so... Will someone save me? I hope so... Will this be my last
entry I hope so I hope its not.. I hope I can make another
entry.. That i'm free from the combine..
and Zoey? I'm so so sorry... I hope they don't find you.. I had
to say what you looked like and your name... Otherwise they were
going to really hurt me I'm so so sorry for ratting you out,
Zoey...So sorry... *A teardrop is seen on the page*
I've seen this everywhere but didn't know what it means.. But I
know now... *This is writen in big writing along the rest of the
page and writen in blood* RESIST!
