       Any other skills (coding etc) that could be of use? I cant code
       but i have been Admin/superadmin on a lot of servers and they
       liked me pretty much

       grab him and then talk with him why he did it and kick him and
       if he joined again and RDMed then i would ban him for 1 -3 hours
