Apparent Head-Admin Creates/Breaks his own rules? WOW!

Hello everyone,[glow=red,2,300] I'm Panda and I'm brand new to
the server [/glow]. When I joined I was looking to make a
Hobo-Hut and get some money donations, however I found a
Gun-Store which had firing inside it. I walked in past ONE of
the fading doors, and I find Bypass with a Galil I believe
shooting bottles or somethin'? And the Gun-Dealer opens his door
and kills Bypass. Then, Bypass decides to do // (ooc) RDM.
Clearly, this is NOT counted as RDM Because:
- Walking past a fading door, is classified as raiding.
- Shooting someone's door hoping to hit them is definetly
raiding..
When he dies, Bypass starts crying about it, and decides to jail
the innocent gun dealer for 400 seconds! This made me attempt to
speak to Bypass about why he jailed him, and that what he did is
Admin Abuse and it's not a legit reason to jail someone. It's
like saying if.. I was a Head-Admin and I try raiding a
gun-store and I get killed, I no-clip to the Gun-Dealer and jail
him. Not only this, he actually Jailed the gun dealer and
decided to No-Clip into the Gun-Dealers base which became to
stealing his 2x Printers that he was talking about in OOC. The
Gun-Dealer was very mistaken, as there was no /advert Raid, but
the only raid that was there was Bypass's. Now, the fact that he
got his printers stolen does not mean Bypass has definetly taken
them, but when we say I bet it was Bypass because he sounds like
that kind of douche, he started making up 2-3 odd stories that
make no sense, if you add them all together it's like saying he
raided a pd station, gun store and a house at the same time.. No
just no.. So later on, I go ahead and make a base.. And I
attempt to speak to Fellow Bypass once again. However this time,
he actually built a prop up to the gun-dealers base, and climbed
over the roof to get in. Now, we started saying that that's not
allowed and even the admins started asking how did he actually
get up there. By the way, there is NO way of getting on top of
the gun-dealers roof by jumping from another roof or a world
prop, this roof was only to be climbed up by: Props or Noclip.
Later on he said it was a ladder prop or something, which pretty
much means he admits and claims to prop-climbing up. So then we
prove him a point and he starts making his own rules up. On
every DarkRP server, when there is a Cop Job, in the Rules list
it will say somewhere about cops and check-points. In that rules
list it says stuff like: If he can actually make a check-point,
Where he can place one( Sometimes there are servers which claim
that the only places that a checkpoint can be placed are near PD
and for example near the spawn.) We started saying Nope, that's
not allowed, in the Rules List it does not say that cops have
permission to create a stop.. So I go back to my base, and try
to speak to him for the final frickin' time.. And after a while
he bans me for 355 minutes I believe for apparent disrespect.
Now, my proof will be admins, users and even super-admins that
will respond to this topic. We really really hope we can get him
demoted, as this is my goal. I' have put effort into this post
for the reasons following: I want good for this server, due to
the fact I like it, and other people do too, it will be ruined
by him. Saving servers are important. Espescially servers you
like, for instance this one. This is a server I like, really
friendly staff, but when I see him doing this shit.. It really
puts me off the mood of donating. I have donated over 1000Pounds
to DarkRP Gmod servers, if not 1k then 1.5k or even more. He
said that's really sad.. Well it's not.. It's a ability a fairly
rich person can get for getting more money than others, he
started setting off at me as if he was starting to be jealous or
something. I really look forward to seeing this 10 year old
Head-Admin getting demoted so I could actually start thinking of
donating 50+ pounds. Thank you.

Hello Panda Welcome to the server BTW! =D
I've red the whole thing and i think that this is all true
because i've seen him flying a couple of times while RPING.
And about the gundealer that really sounds like bypass should do
that.
I'll be unbanning u and i'll be talking to all the staff members
about the situation with bypass even the owner is gonna know
about it.
If you want i can get you in the group and talk about what's
gonna happend to him.
I've heard everything from Pavey (Super-Admin) he has
Now if you wanne get unbanned i'll need your SteamID so i can

This is very serious.. I know bypass were doing alot of things..
Including noclip to complete his hit, prop block and much
more...
If bypass did something against you post it here as a reply!

Well i see you attempted to say some more crap about me,
oh well doesn't matter. Most people who claim others are young
ages, are usually young ages themselves. anyhow, The crap you
say about me is 99% is UNtrue and should not be recognised as
truth, therefore i strongly disagree on what you personally are
saying. Secondly, If i did not know the rules, i would not be
head admin on 2 different servers. If i did not know the rules,
i would not be in the position i am now. Other admins (most that
i have hired myself) may not agree, but i can garuntee on a
personal level, i am a good [HA]. Thirdly, I have been on many
darkrp servers before and i have seen how the staff and players
behave and react, So really i do not see a problem with what i
have done. Finnaly Im not going to be told by a user that i cant
roleplay, if anything, you need to learn some real respect.

Thing here is, you're a lier. You may think the owner will
believe you, because you're the HA and Forum Creator. Please, if
you get demoted i'll make the forums for this server without
getting promoted, or anything.. I can pay 20pounds a month, and
not host a fucking website on some createaforum shit. Go get a
job, if you're as old as you said. And please oh please, stop
lieing. 2Superadmins/admins have even said, and even Jake has
said so too. Please.. stop you're not getting anywhere. In a
couple of hours time you'll be like this :'( Also don't try
deleting my thread like you deleted the other one. All the time,
you're saying this is total crap, or total bullshit. Well no it
isn't. You're saying the same thing over & over. And yeah, don't
try deleting this, i copied it into a document so you won't get
very far <3
