       Ranking System

       Okay so this is just a list of the ranking system for those who
       are thinking of becoming staff.
       Trusted  -> Moderator -> Admin -> Superadmin
       I have added a member group. This is if a situation occurs where
       you would like to become staff but there are currently no spaces
       for any of the groups. Being in this group will inform us that
       you have applied in the staff section and are wanting to become
       part of staff. Members have no added commands and have the same
       ablilities as users.
