       Should a slave not have any contact with her Owner for a span of
       two full RT weeks, (this includes Discord, the boards, rp,
       etc.), that slave will be remanded to the Co-Captains.  That
       slave's collar will be removed and she will be placed in the
       Village collar.  She will then be owned by the Village and can
       be bought, sold, traded or given to any Member of the Village.
       By the same token, should an Owner not have any contact with
       His/Her slave for a span of two full RT weeks, that slave will
       be considered a runaway.  Should the slave return, they may be
       hamstrung or punished in whatever manner the slave's Owner
       desires.
       If you're going to be away, you MUST contact each other or the
       Home at large at least once every two weeks.  Failure to
       maintain contact will result in either the loss of the slave or
       the punishment of the slave, (depending on the situation).
