       Regarding Panthers

       Please remember that we are located not too far from the
       Northern Forests and can see those forests on the horizon on the
       eastern shore of the Island.  Thus, it can be assumed that
       Panthers have long had an established trade route to Freeport.
       These Panthers are to be considered Free Persons and will be
       accorded all the respect to which they are entitled.  Do NOT
       threaten to collar them or kill them without appropriate reason.
